Hunter’s new WinAlign HD alignment system allows fleet operators to perform truck and trailer alignments without unhooking the trailer from the tractor, maximizing workflow and reducing setup time. WinAlign HD also allows technicians to perform trailer alignments using a simple kingpin adaptor. The option to align trailers with or without the tractor simplifies the alignment schedule for heavy-duty fleets, and increases overall fleet productivity.
Hunter’s new DSP700T heavy-duty sensors drastically reduce setup time by using Hunter’s exclusive roll-forward compensation to compensate all six sensors at once without the need to jack each axle. Six DSP700T heavy-duty sensors communicate with Hunter’s WinAlign HD system to capture and produce live, simultaneous measurements on three axles in just four minutes. DSP700 sensors are accurate to a range of 600 inches (1,524 centimeters) to cover all truck, bus and trailer lengths.
